5 Skincare Routine You Should Follow.

Don't have time for intensive skin care? You can still afford it if you stick to the basics. Good skin care and a healthy lifestyle  can slow down natural aging and prevent various skin problems. Get started with these five no-nonsense tips.




1.To Protect Yourself From sunlight.
One of the most important ways to take care of your skin is to protect it from the sun. A lifetime of sun exposure can cause wrinkles, age spots and other skin problems – as well as increase the risk of skin cancer.

 Use sunscreen. Use a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15. Reapply liberally and  every two hours—or more often if you swim or sweat. Seek shelter. Avoid the sun between 10am and 4pm when the sun's rays are strongest.  Wear protective clothing. Cover your skin with tight long-sleeved shirts, long pants, and wide-brimmed hats. Also consider laundry additives that give clothing an extra layer of UV protection for a specific wash cycle, or using special sun protection clothing that specifically blocks UV rays.

2.Don't Smoke.
Smoking makes your skin look older and increases wrinkles. Smoking constricts the small blood vessels in the outer layers of the skin, which weakens circulation and lightens the skin. It also depletes the skin of oxygen and nutrients essential for skin health.  
 Smoking also damages collagen and elastin, the fibers that give the skin strength and elasticity. In addition, the repetitive facial expressions you make while smoking — like pursing your lips when you inhale and squinting  to expel the smoke — can also contribute to wrinkles.  In addition, smoking increases your risk of developing squamous cell carcinoma. If you smoke, the best way to protect your skin is to quit. Ask your doctor for advice or treatments to help you quit smoking.

3.Treat Your Skin Daily.

Daily cleaning and shaving can stress your skin. To soften it: 
 
 Limit bath time. Hot water and long showers or baths strip the skin of oils. Limit the time you spend in the bath or shower  and use warm - not hot - water.  Avoid strong soaps. Harsh soaps and detergents can strip the skin of oil. Opt for gentle cleansers instead. Shave carefully. Apply shaving cream, emulsion or gel before shaving to protect and lubricate  the skin. Use a clean, sharp razor to shave as close as possible. Shave in the direction of hair growth, not against it. to dry After washing or bathing, gently pat or dry the skin to retain some moisture. Moisturizes dry skin. If your skin is dry, use a moisturizer suitable for your skin type. For daily use, consider a moisturizer with SPF.

4.Eat Healthy Food.

Healthy eating can help you look and feel good. Eat plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins. The link between diet and acne is not clear, but some research suggests that a diet high in fish oil or fish oil supplements and low in unhealthy fats and processed or refined carbohydrates may help keep skin looking younger. Drinking plenty of water helps keep your skin hydrated.

5.Be Stress-Free.
Uncontrolled stress can make your skin more sensitive and lead to acne breakouts and other skin problems. Manage your stress to promote healthy skin  and a healthy state of mind. Get enough sleep, set reasonable boundaries, reduce your to-do list and make time for the things you enjoy. The results can be more dramatic than you expect.
